So, what did we do as KREABAZ during the digital transformation process of Gençİz? We prioritized user experience with UX and UI design for this innovative initiative of Halkbank. We developed the website in a simple, modern and interactive structure to appeal to young audiences. With the installation of Google Analytics and Tag Manager, we enabled the Gençİz platform to analyze user behavior in detail. With the integration of 3rd party event software, we supported the interactive structure of the platform and facilitated event tracking. In this transformation process of Halkbank, we created a digital bridge for the financial and social needs of young people.
In line with Halkbank’s goal of strengthening its bond with young people in this project, KREABAZ offered solutions that make a difference. Developed with a modern and youth-oriented design approach, we took care to fully meet the digital expectations of Generation Z. With striking and simple designs, we transformed all information into a format that young people can easily understand.
We also designed a design that enables the platform to continuously improve the user experience through regular content updates and trend analysis. With the optimizations we made in line with user feedback, we prepared designs and studies to strengthen the dynamic structure of the platform.
We successfully managed the digital transformation process with a dynamic design language, user-friendly infrastructure and strong analytical integrations. At every stage of the project, we adopted a strategy that balances Halkbank’s corporate vision and the needs of younger generations. Thanks to KREABAZ’s innovative approach and expertise, the Gençİz project has turned into a success story that sets an example for the sector in terms of both aesthetics and functionality.
